Peace of Mind Guarantee
The Copier Connection has always been committed to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction through the products we sell and the level of service we provide.
To ensure the Total Satisfaction of each and every Copier Connection customer, we now present this exclusive, clearly written Guarantee as a testament of our ongoing commitment:
- If you are not satisfied with the equipment you purchased from The Copier Connection, new or used, at your request we will replace it with an identical model of the same age and/or usage (if available) or a machine, offered by us, with similar age and/or usage, configured with comparable features and capabilities - Guaranteed.
- Term of Guarantee - Equipment purchased from The Copier Connection will perform to your satisfaction for Three (3) Years from the date of delivery, or One Million copies (whichever comes first). If equipment is leased, the Guarantee will apply for the duration of the Lease Term, or One Million copies (whichever comes first). (Lease Term may not exceed Five (5) Years.)
- This Peace of Mind Guarantee applies to equipment that is acquired by you from The Copier Connection and continuously maintained by The Copier Connection under our Authorized Full Service and Supply Program only. This Guarantee applies to equipment acquired on or after March 10, 1998, and is not applicable to equipment damaged or destroyed due to an Act of God.
